I wake up, wash up, put a pot on the flame to boil. I add two scoops of the Turkish ground coffee and watch it froth. The water raises to greet me. This is not a ritual, it is a daily ceremony. It's early so everyone is still asleep and the house is quiet, while I sip my hot coffee. This time it's Chutzpresso flavor, the 6th flavor that I've enjoyed. It's not a purchase, it's an investment, in myself, in my country, and in someone like Dave, that puts his heart in what he does.
The ground coffee for stovetop moka pot came in a well marked zip-lock sealed paper bag with a vent. The security afforded the coffee is appreciated. The aroma is very rich and like the taste of the coffee, strong, balanced and not overpowering. This is a blend that we enjoy very much.
